Oceanside Vacation

Well, it has been a little while since I updated the blog. We have been pretty busy around here. We just recently got back from our family vacation in Oceanside, CA. We took Jack to the beach for the first time. We went with Grammy and Grandpa, Uncle Curtis and his girlfriend Vanessa. We had a great time! The weather was beautiful and the water was nice and warm.

Jack is 10 weeks old now?! I can not believe how much he has chanced since June! The summer is coming to an end and we will soon be rolling into Fall. Time is just flying by! Well enjoy the pics!

8 Weeks!!!

Well Jack is 8 weeks old, and time is continuing to fly by. We have hit a new milestone this week. Jack started sleeping through the night. On Tuesday night he went to bed at 8:30 and slept until 5:30 am! Then I nursed him and he went back to bed till 8:00 am! It was a little scary! I kept waking up and checking on him, I wish I could sleep through the night! Also he is now wearing size 2 diapers! Whenever I have a hard time seeing how much he has grown, I look at the newborn diapers he used to wear, they are so small.

We are just about at the end of our second week back to work, and things are going really well. Jack is taking great naps and Julian and Camden just love him to death! Camden turned 2 yesterday! I am still in shock about that. Before you know it we will be having Jack’s first Birthday!? OK well enjoy the pictures of our happy boy!

So Jack has really been all smiles lately! I was able to capture some cute smiles on video! Check it out! Also I took Jack swimming, well attempted to take him swimming. The water was 85 degrees, and he was just not thrilled. All he did was cry. So I took him in the spa, which he just loved!! We were in for about 20 minutes, and he would have stayed in all night!

7 weeks

Well Jack is 7 weeks! We survived our first week back to work! Jack did awsome. I think it is going to work out really well. It is going to be interesting as he gets older, but for now it is going smoothly!

Jack watched his first Raiders game last night! He hung out with Daddy and Dave during the game. Then Chris and I went out to celebrate with Jackie- it has been one year since her knee surgery! It was our first time out without him. He did great, Auntie Christina watched him. He was on his best behavior! Then we took him to the Folsom Zoo this morning, but he slept the whole time? Oh well. We enjoyed the nice day!

Well we went to visit the grandparents this weekend and found this picture of Christopher and his dad! Isn't he cute?! He looks like Jack but without hair!

6 Weeks!!!

Well Jack is 6 weeks old! Where does the time go? Six weeks of pregnancy felt like years, but six weeks of having Jack around just flew by! For those of you who have not heard, I have decided to go back to work! I am going to go back to work for the Johnson’s! I am very excited and so are they. The best part is I am going to be bringing Jack with me! So how can I argue with that?? I think things are going to work out great! I have really missed Julian and Camden!

On another note Chris and I have asked Shawn and Brenda to be Jackson’s god parents. They gladly accepted and we could not be more thrilled. Also we have scheduled Jack’s baptism for Sunday October 19^th. It will be at St. John Vianney Chrurch in Rancho Cordova. So put it on your calendar if you would like to come, all are welcome! (Catholic or not)
